+ Do you make all of your own equipment?

We make a lot of items in house for custom orders and shelving. What we do not make in house, we source through other local fitness equipment distributors to get you the package you are looking for!

+ Does this equipment come with a warranty?

On our in-house items we do offer a limited warranty and will do what we can to always stand by our work. Other equipment will come with manufacturer warranties to offer you piece of mind that you have good equipment!

+ Can I install / assemble it myself?

All of the equipment we sell is designed to be DIY assembly and installation. That is always an option! We offer installation because this is what we do all the time. Our professional installers make sure that everything is assembled and installed with safety in mind first. Missing studs or incorrect installation can cause serious injuries, so with this option, our usual warranties and liability would not be applied. Our installation also saves you a lot of time! Instead of spending a weekend figuring out how to put things together, you can get right down to business and work out.

+ Do you ship?

Currently we do not ship items. In some cases we can make arrangements to ship to you on custom pieces. If you are outside of Texas or outside our service area, we are happy to refer to someone that can get you the equipment you need.

+ What is your usual turn around time for installations?

Typically we are booked out about 2 weeks or 14 business days. While it is always our plan to install as fast as we can, gathering your equipment, materials, and fabrication of custom items can take time. Our amazing customer support team will keep you updated during the process!

+ Do you offer financing or payment plans?

Yes! We offer 12 months interest free finance, available through Synchrony. Talk with your account manager during your free consultation for more information on how it works.

+ Do I have to do a consultation before an install?

Yes. Every home is different. We want to makes sure that all the equipment you want will fit and be functional in your space. By coming out and taking some measurements, this helps the install go very smoothly and assures us we are bringing you the right stuff.

+ What is your return / refund policy?

We handle these on a case by case basis. Of course if any equipment you purchase is defective we will work to get that item replaced, repaired, or we can refund you. However, once any equipment is installed, the sale is final. Cancelling an installation before your scheduled appointment time may be subject to restocking fees and keeping a deposit.

+ Can I pick up my equipment?

You can always come to our shop to pick up any equipment that you order.

+ Do you buy old equipment?

We do not resell used equipment. We do have companies we can refer you to for that!

+ Does my gym have to be in my garage?

Absolutely not! We can install any in or around your home!

+ Do you only sell and install fitness equipment? Can you help me fully customize my gym?

We do it all. If you are looking for a complete make over, including HVAC, lights, garage door adjustments, storage and so on, we are a one stop shop. While we do not do all of the customization work in house, we do work with trusted contractors. Full customization can take time though, so this may mean that your project has a longer lead time.
